WPT - Wire pull tensioner

The NIKE WPT pull tensioner is within the mining and tunnelling
industry used as lock tensioning equipment for steel wire rock
reinforcement.
The tool has a maximum pull force of 123 kN (13 t), but can upon
request easily be restricted to deliver less. Due to the low weight
and easy handling it is very suitable for mining and tunnelling
environments.
The tool is delivered with a clamping grip for steel wire ranging
from diameter 15 mm to 17 mm and also a backplate adapter which
fits, within the rock reinforcement field widely used standard 15,2
mm wire/wire lock and corresponding face plate. The tool is
equipped with swivel coupling ASE10. If a quick coupling is desired
it has to be ordered separately.
The WPT pull tensioner can easily be adopted to similar application
and modified after customer needs or requests.
