Hydraulic cutter DHS180

• Cutting force 105 ton
• Maximum jaw opening of 180 mm
• Equipped with parrot style cutting blades
• Best in its class when it comes to power-to-weight ratio

With 105 Tonnes of cutting force it is the most powerfull cutting tool in the NIKE HYDRAULICS rescue product range. It cuts without any problems through rods of diameter 41 mm and can easily handle the toughest A, B and C-pillars on todays' vehicle market.

The tool does of course meet the European EN13204 norm and this is additionally confirmed with the fact that all tools have been third party certified by SGS.

The maximum jaw opening of 180 mm in conjunction with the optimized cutting geometry gives this tool the upper hand when it comes to almost every cutting task it can and will face.

The tool is equipped with NIKE HYDRAULICS latest twist-grip control valve, the TX85C. The new valve allows 100% movement control, from full down to low speed movements.
With built in dead man handle it stops as soon as the operator releases the valve control, the tool stays in position until the valve is yet again operated. All of this packaged in the most compact dimensions and lowest weight possible.
Furthermore, all rescue tools are equipped with a built-in safety valve which protects the tools from overload. Besides that, the safety valve prevents the return hose being wrongly connected and thus damaging the tool.

It will probably be impossible to find such a powerful, light weight and perfectly balanced cutting tool on the market today as the NIKE HYDRAULIC DHS180 cutter.
